If you would like to bring a friend please get them to contact Dynamite at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to reserve a trial class. 

 

***BUT Please do not drop in to kill time or play around, we take our training very VERY seriously and we have limited time to pack all the training in safely. Do not take the time away from learning members.

 

If you are visiting from out of town you are most welcome to come in for a casual class and train as much as you like.

Didn’t book in on time..?? No problem!

 

It will simply be a casual pass for non bookings / late bookings and you still get to enjoy the benefits without missing out.

 

 

**Bring 1 form of Identification!! i.e Drivers’ license, Student card, Passport

 

Once you arrive you will fill in a trial form and then be escorted through the gym to the change rooms.

Upon completion of your trial at Dynamite Muay Thai you must complete the feed back form and from there we will have an instructor NOT a membership consultant sit and map your results on paper :)

Looking to get into PERSONAL TRAINING?!

 

 

 

 

 

Firstly.. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET FITTER BEFORE COMMENCING ANY TRAINING!!

 

i.e You CANNOT get any better at swimming by training to run or training on your own before you start. Combat sport is all “Sport specific” training, meaning.. Training in mixed martial arts would be training 10% of everything. You need to master proficiency in one style of combat sport before taking on two or three others.

The interesting thing most people neglect to consider who take on MMA or Mixed Martial Arts is that the participants in MMA have always had a professional or semi professional background in either Striking or Grappling for many years prior to consolidating all the styles. This is known as “Ring craft”

 

 

In combat Sports you do more damage to your technique, learning capabilities and hinder any instructors’ ability to help you improve when you THINK you have it all down!!

Nak Dee 9 months later in Jakarta, Indonesia fighting in an International event NAKSOO MUAYTHAI FIGHT in 5×2 minute Professional Muay Thai rules representing Dynamite Muay Thai Australia at 63.5 Kilogram division. Fitness and leisure turned passion losing 21.5 Kilograms in less than 9 months.
