Schweitzer the Philipino Smack

Dynamite Muay Thai Sor. Nak Dee fighter Schweitzer Sor. Nak Dee stepped up two weight divisions to go head to head with Kelly Chan of UMA over the weekend at Warriors Way 9.

Schweitzer who normally fights at 66Kg stepped in to fill a last minute vacancy on the fight card.

The Dynamite Muay Thai fighter held his own and traded some technical clinching and knees even landing a Dynamite special the“Hanuman Elbow”Which is a down ward elbow from a defensive climbing position to avoid being dumped during a clinch opening up his opponent with a nice big cut down the side of his head.

Unfortunately ending in DQ via doctor’s stoppage as Schweitzer’s opponent walked into a knee to the groin and then after a failed jumping elbow attack his opponent landing groin first on to Schweitzer’s check guard.

All in all after cafefully reviewing the footage my guess and feedback from all the other officials and coaches is that the blood pouring from the opponent’s cut would have been the winning factor for the doctor’s stoppage had the officials (doctor) correctly scored the fight under international Full Thai Rules.
